Presented is the chance to obtain stunning original artwork, created and signed by Ron Stark - one of today's top sports artists - featuring a painting of former Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb. McNabb played 13 seasons in the NFL (1999-2011) and was a 6-time Pro Bowler. His first 11 seasons were with Philadelphia, and he finished his career playing a season each for the Washington Redskins and the Minnesota Vikings. In 2001, McNabb quarterbacked the Eagles to an 11-5 record as the Eagles started a run of four straight years in first place in the NFL East Division. In bis career, McNabb threw for 37,276 yards, with 234 touchdowns and 117 interceptions. Ron Stark is the son of legendary sports artist Bruce Stark, and Ron has been creating sports art since 1991. His work has been requested by the Baseball Hall of Fame and displayed at the Smithsonian Institute. Ron has created baseball, football and basketball artwork that has been used by Topps for its Gallery Edition cards, and this McNabb painting was used for 2001 the Topps Original Gallery Art Card #1. The attractive offered display has the 4.5" x 5.5" original artwork depicting McNabb dropping back at practice to pass, his eyes scanning downfield. Stark has signed the painting on McNabb's #5 on his jersey. Also included in the display is an actual 2001 Topps Gallery Art card #1, made from Stark's painting, measuring 2.25" x 3.25". In addition, the display has a 3.75" x 3.75" plaque from Topps Vault that reads, "Topps Vault/ 2001 Original Gallery Art/ Donovan McNabb/ Quarterback - Philadelphia Eagles/ Card #1. The three aforementioned pieces have been matted and framed at 12.25" x 14.25". Ron Stark's artwork has great eye appeal, as McNabb seems to be in action before us. As an item of original artwork, this Stark/ McNabb piece is 1 of 1, a one-of-a-kind creation.
