Presented is a game used Rob Moore New York jets' jersey from the Jets game at Cleveland Municipal Stadium against the Cleveland Browns on Oct. 2, 1994, in which the Browns won 27-7. Moore was a wide receiver who played ten seasons in the NFL, from 1990-94 with the Jets and from 1995-99 with the Arizona Cardinals. Moore played 153 NFL games and caught 628 passes for 9,368 yards and 49 touchdowns. In the game in which Moore wore this jersey, he caught five passes for 78 yards and a touchdown. With about seven minutes to go in the game, Moore caught a pass from jet quarterback Jack Trudeau for a 24-yard touchdown. Moore was a popular jet player, partially because attending Syracuse University, he played his his school football for Hempstead High School and the town of Hempstead was where the Jets held their training camp and where they usually trained during the season. The white mesh jersey, with green and black trim, has been photo-matched to October 2, 1994 (Getty 1364922274). At the neck is a patch with the NFL logo. The jersey has an NFL 75th Anniversary patch on the upper left chest. On the chest is Moore's number "85" in green with black trim. Each sleeve has "85" in green, with black trim and a Champions manufacturer's logo. On the back is a white nameplate with "MOORE" in green bloack letters. Under the nameplate is "85", in green numerals with black trim. It has a custom cut tail, and it shows great use - with paint transfers, abrasions, some loose threads, and one team repair. Overall, the game used jersey is in very good condition.
