White home top has Nuggets and number 15 on front in stylized blue/yellow/blue lettering on front, number on back in same style, and name in all blue lettering stitched to the jersey. Tagged 2003-2004 on front tail with 4" L.B. and size 52 tags as well, this has been conclusively matched to the December 26th game in which Melo scored a game-high - and at the time, season-high - 37 points as Denver topped the Houston Rockets, 95-94, on a late bucket.
