Gretzky's name and number ("99") in displayed in white tackle twill on the reverse. Gretzky has scripted his name in blue marker (grading 7/10) on the first numeral "9" on the reverse. The jersey was once framed and as a result of its removal, it displays a few small stitch holes and small areas of tape residue. Some of the painted graphics on the front and shoulders display light crazing.
