1. Original Belmont Park entry pass to the first International Match Race on October 20, 1923 between Kentucky Derby winner Zev and British champion Papyrus, won easily by the former with Earl Sande aboard 2. 1923 – November 17 Match Race program at Churchill Downs between Zev & In Memoriam, won by Zev in a controversial decision. Zev was declared the winner by inches; however, moving pictures later clearly showed that In Memoriam was the victor. The photo finish camera had not been introduced at the time. 3. 1924 – Latonia Race Course, in Covington, Kentucky on October 11, held the International special # 3. The former two events in 1923 led to the International series of three races in 1924. This race was won by Sarazen with Epinard 2nd followed by Princess Doreen 3rd. In the third race on the program, Zev won and three American riders that participated were later ruled off the turf for life. The important programs and admission pass are all extremely rare and highly sought after. All are in outstanding condition for their age being almost 100 years old. There is no writing except for number 3. There is a very small tear to the back cover on item 2.
