1968 Topps Basketball Test Issue #17 Zelmo Beaty card. The card has been graded and encapsulated by PSA EX-MT+ 6.5. It has a bright and focused image of Beatty dribbling a basketball with smooth edges. The top two corner are sharp while the bottom two corners have light touches. It is slightly off center top to bottom and left to right. The reverse is clean and defect free.
