Government postcard signed by Hall of Fame slugger Mel Ott. PSA has encapsulated the card and certified the signature as "Authentic." Ott has scripted his name in blue ink, with the signature grading 9/10. Postmarked "New York Apr 17 1950." Mel Ott was the third player in history to hit 500 or more home runs and of all the 500 Home Run Club members, his signature is the scarcest today due to his tragic death at the age of forty-nine in 1958. The postcard (5.5x3.25") displays light creasing, mainly along the border and corner areas, and is in Very Good condition overall.
