Both full tickets and ticket stubs are represented here.  Unless otherwise noted, the programs ranges from GD to NRMT, averaging VG-EX. The tickets range from FR to EX-MT, averaging VG-EX. The number of programs/tickets for each year, if more than one, is noted in parentheses.
