One of a kind typewritten letter signed by both Babe Ruth and Ty Cobb. Dated June 25, 1941 on Commonwealth Country Club letterhead and addressed to Club President Bob Worden, contents state, "We had one swell time at your Golf Club today and enjoyed our round very much." Comes with a copy of a newspaper article written about Ruth and Cobb's golf duel, letter was previously taped in an album and reside on back, which does not affect display value. Both have signed in flowing black fountain ink with the Bambino rating 8.5-9/10 and the Georgia Peach almost as bold at 7/10.
