Presented is an unopened, COMPLETE WAX BOX of THIRTY-SIX 5¢ packs of "The Beatles - New Series" non-sport cards, issued by O-Pee-Chee of Canada. The impact of the Beatles in the early 1960s spanned the globe and sparked the creation of bubble gum card sets first issued by Topps in 1964. This was only one of multiple card issues devoted to this popular band. Each card offers great Beatles images in black-and white (second series), showing the band at work and at play. The box comes authenticated and shrink-wrapped by Baseball Card Exchange (owned by Steve Hart, the foremost expert on unopened material). The box itself shows ONLY moderate shelf wear including a few creases, but still has tremendous eye appeal; adding to its rarity is the fact that the top of box appears to have never been folded back. A seldom seen, high grade COMPLETE wax box of this classic mid-'60s non-sport issue, featuring one of the most popular music groups of all time!
