Great shot of legendary pitcher Walter Johnson circa 1912-15 in this photo from the famed Brown Brothers archive. Measures 5x7" with some creases at bottom and ID etched into the photo at the top, also identified in pencil on verso with Brown Brothers stamp. The Hall of Famer is posed with ball in glove, ready for the windup that led his team to 417 victories over a 21-year career, second all-time only to Cy Young. PSA Type I encapsulated.
