The photograph was was done by H.A Morris  The image depicts the two boxers after their release from imprisonment. They were jailed following their bout due to the interracial contest. This bout helped define Jack Johnson as the premiere fighter and champion he would become a short time later. This photo is encapsulated by PSA and the holder has no cracks.  3.5 x 4.75"
