Six years before he reportedly performed clubhouse surgery on his own ankle during a playoff game, right-handed pitcher Curt Schilling wore this beautiful 1998 Phillies home pinstripe, button-down jersey and cap during game action. The jersey features "PHILLIES" in script stitched on the front, "SCHILLING 38" on the back, "38" on the left shoulder and Russell Size 48 tagging on the left outer tail. The red cap with blue brim is signed and shows heavy use. Schilling paced the National League with 300 strikeouts and 15 complete games in 1998.
