Five-time All-Star and two-time Gold Glove-winning second baseman Larry Bowa spent the first 12 of his 16 years in the Majors with the Philadelphia Phillies, and wore this home white jersey with maroon pinstripes during his second season of 1971, when he led the National League with 650 at-bats. The future Phils coach and manager who now is a special advisor to the team's general manager, signed the vintage, game-worn jersey, which we acquired from the Barry Halper Sotheby's auction. It features the "P" on the left chest, number 10 on the right and same number on the back. There is a Wilson Size 38 tag and "38-1971 Set 2" tagging on the front tail. "Bowa" is chain-stitched on a tag in the neck, where Bowa signed his name.
