Hall of Fame defensive back Rod Woodson spent 17 years in the NFL, 11 of which saw him earn Pro Bowl honors. From the height of his prime in 1992 comes this gorgeous, all-original, Steelers white road jersey which is distinguished by a custom-hemmed tail and shows very nice use. Photo-matched to September 20th (81444866), November 29th (477543065), December 13th - two sacks in game (79425390) and one undated (1167498380). The Steelers 60th Anniversary patch has been removed from front left breast. "Woody's" famous #26 is stitched in black on the front, back and shoulders, with his name on the back in gold outlined in black. There is a Size 46 Starter label on the tail, alongside a swatch with the year "92" in black. There are at least eight repairs, including a large one near the left shoulder. Woodson spent 10 years with Pittsburgh before joining divisional rival Baltimore and helping the Ravens win their first Super Bowl title following the 2000 season. He wrapped up his brilliant career with stints by the bay in Oakland and San Francisco.

Never before has a major sports franchise opened its team archives going back nearly a century. Let alone a franchise as historic as the Pittsburgh Steelers.  Founded in 1933 by Art Rooney Sr., the Rooney Family imprint remains to this day.  From the glory of the Steel Curtain to an NFL-best six Lombardi trophies, the Pittsburgh Steelers name defines excellence and winning.  We present the latest offering of “The Pittsburgh Steelers Archive of Exceptional Jerseys.” For decades, the Pittsburgh Steelers have guarded and saved their own equipment, thereby creating a huge void in the sports marketplace.  As a result, the Pittsburgh Steelers have become the crème de la crème. The rarest and most sought after game equipment of any National Football League team.  We were not there in 1922 when they first opened King Tut’s Tomb or discovered the Dead Sea Scrolls.  But now, perhaps we all know a bit about how that felt. All items will come with a letter of authenticity from the Pittsburgh Steelers and Lelands.  A portion of the proceeds from the sale of Steelers Archives Jerseys will be donated to the Chuck Noll Foundation for Brain Injury Research.
