Hall of Fame Yankees catcher and manager Bill Dickey wore #33 during the 1952 season, but this home pinstriped uniform with classic "NY" logo on the front bears the number 53. Still, "W. Dickey" is chain-stitched on a name plate below the collar, and "52-2" is embroidered on the front tail. There's a Spalding Size 46 tag in the neck, as well. Moose Skowron wore #53 in 1954, but we cannot prove that the eight-time All-Star first baseman ever wore this specific jersey. There is some light staining throughout.
