Though he was born in Delaware and spent his entire playing and managerial careers in the northeast, "Dallas" Green could pull off the southern boy look as well as anyone, as evidenced by the custom Nocona cowboy boots offered here. They are dated circa 1980, when the film "Urban Cowboy" was all the rage and when Green managed the Phillies to their first World Series championship. The Phillies logo appears in leather on both boots and they show use. The boots are paired with a white sport coat with maroon pinstripe, which was custom made by Mitchell and Ness and given to Dallas for being on the Phillies All Vet Team in 2003. It is Size 3X Long and has "All Vet Team 2003" embroidered on the pocket.
