This collection chronicles the history of the Detroit Tigers through the 20th century, from players who spent their entire careers with the team to those who only played a few games. Includes players who began as early as 1900 and goes right up to around the year 2000. Lots of the players included here are deceased. The majority are on 3x5" index cards with some on heavier stock and some that are cuts affixed to 3x5" cards. 90% of them played for or coached for the Tigers. The signatures are all in ink and they average 8/10 with only a very small percentage being personalized. Some obtained in person and others through the mail so please allow for 2-to-3 percent being secretarial versions.
