Beautifully framed and matted Lou Gehrig display featuring an October 1, 1939, full ticket from Gehrig's last regular season game along with a few other treasures. Ticket appears EX on the front, but the back has some damage lowering the grade slightly. This impressive ticket also features a Joe DiMaggio signature on the verso in bright blue and is matted in such a way, that you can examine it thoroughly. Also in this remarkable display is an original photo from that bittersweet day featuring Gehrig and Babe Dahlgren (Gehrig's replacement) on the dugout steps shaking hands. Last but definitely not least is the extremely rare "Henry Louis Gehrig" signature in ink. This "cut" has been cut from a check or some other legal document. The only time Gehrig signed in such a manor was on legal documents; not too many exist today. A strong 7/10, slightly faded but still presents outstanding. 13.5x15" overall. Comes with PSA LOA.
