From the final two months of his career, this 1993 George Brett game worn Royals home jersey has everything going for it. "EMK" patch is prominently displayed on the left sleeve for owner Ewing Kaufman's passing on August 1st, helping us date this remarkable shirt. Size "44" tag and "Set 3, 1993" are both found on the front tail and the Royals 25th Anniversary patch is on the right sleeve. Shirt shows nice use with visible wear on both the patches and collar. Back of the jersey is signed with "9-29-93" inscription; 9-29-93 was indeed Brett's final career regular season game, but we have not been able to photo-match it to that particular moment in time.
