Mutscheller, B. Kelly, J. Heap, and D. Flood. Signatures were done in steel tip fountain pen and rate a 6.5 out of 10. The ball comes with a JSA letter of authenticity #Y06653. The football is in VG-EX condition overall with some light soiling in a few spots.
