Gorgeous 14k gold cup presented to the winner of The Spinster Stakes. Straight Deal had 21 career wins and another 21 second place finishes. The cup is engraved with the inscription "Keeneland, The Spinster, 1967, Straight Line." Stamped "14k" [gold] underneath. Straight Deal is inbred 5x4 to Teddy. She is a half sister to Miz Carol (by Stymie) and dam of 1966 American champion 2-year-old filly Regal Gleam (by Hail to Reason). Originally sold in the 2008 Christie's Important American Silver sale featuring the estate of Hall of Fame horse racing owner and trainer Hirsch Jacobs.

Originally purchased from the 2008 Christie’s Silver Auction, these trophies source from the estate of Ethel and Hirsch Jacobs.
