For hockey season 1963-64, Parkhurst issued a very popular set of 99 hockey players, widely collected by Parkie hockey fans to the present day. Our collection includes the vast majority of the set (94/99), missing only five cards (#s 5, 16, 26, 32 and 75) for completion. Overall, this high grade group has 29 in EX-MT or better, 22 EX, 19 VG-EX, 20 VG and 4 lesser. Stars include #29 Geoffrion (EX-MT), 39 Worsley (EX-MT to NM), 53 Sawchuk (EX-MT), 55 Howe (VG, creases) and 88 Geoffrion (EX-MT to NM). Great near-set of '60s Parkie hockey – sooo close to high grade completion. Total of 94 cards.
