In 1949, Bowman upped the ante in the world of non-sports by releasing their iconic issue "Wild West," which featured some of the finest artwork Bowman ever produced. The set is organized into eight separate series (A through H), each with a different theme relating to the Old West: Winning the West, Indian Costumes, Famous Characters, Indian Warfare, Cowboy Life, Law and Order, River Days, and Western Stars. This group of 180 comprises the complete set and presents at a very consistent mid-grade level (15% EX, 70% VG to VG-EX, and 15% lesser).
