A complete set of Topps baseball (598 cards) from 1968. The set has its share of stars, highlighted by the rookie cards of #177 Nolan Ryan (VG) and 247 Johnny Bench (VG-EX). Also in the mix are the cards of #280 Mantle (yellow letter, VG-EX, crease), 110 Aaron (EX-MT, slight o/c), 50 Mays (EX, o/c), 230 Rose (EX), 355 Banks (EX-MT), 150 Clemente (NM+), 80 Carew (EX+), 45 Seaver (EX+) and 490 Superstars (EX+). Overall, the set is in reasonably high grade condition, with 10% NM or better, 30% EX-MT to NM, 40% EX to EX-MT, 15% VG-EX, and a scant 5% only slightly lesser. All in all, a nice/complete Topps baseball set with very presentable star cards, which with a little work can be made into a really top-flight set. Total of 598 cards.
