Claim this vintage Bob Kennedy Cleveland Indian jacket, worn while on the bench or running the bases on those cool nights. Kennedy was an outfielder and third baseman who played 16 Major League seasons, mostly with the Chicago White Sox and the Cleveland Indians, and in 1949, he hit .276 for the Indians. He was a line drive hitter with a very strong arm. Later, he managed the Chicago Cubs and Oakland Athletics and was a general manager with the Cubs. Most desirable style as it was only used for a few years. Wilson size 48 tagging in the collar. Large Chief Wahoo Indian patch on the left chest area. "33" sewn inside. Shows wear with some tears and fraying at the cuffs of the sleeves and a rip on the back that could easily be repaired. Looks great for display.
