The National Chicle Sky Birds set, produced in 1933-34, continued the tradition of high quality gum cards in the world of non sports. Goudey had just produced their high quality Indian Gum cards, and National Chicle responded in kind with their full color Sky Birds set, depicting all the great aviators and planes of the day.
