From famed Cleveland autograph seeker Steve K. comes this extraordinary George Reeves signed movie still. This rare "Superman" autograph was acquired in person at a theater where the future Man of Steel was appearing to promote the film "Always A Bride." Marked in red on the bottom the writing reads, "FEB. 24, 1945 - "W.V..._" and Feb. 19-24" indicating the dates that Reeves was appearing at the "W.V_" theater and the day Steve K. got the signature, which was interestingly the last day possible! This extremely rare Reeve signed photo is the first we've ever offered and is an outstanding collectible. Some cracks in photo are present but still displays well.  8x10". PSA LOA.

This amazing collection of 30,000 autographs was obtained in person by one of the pioneering autograph hounds, Steve Kostrubanic. This Cleveland-area native wandered outside the theaters and sports venues of Cleveland searching for celebrities from the late 1940s right up to the early 2000s. He was fluent in all areas of popular culture including baseball, football, boxing, sports, rock ‘n’ roll, music, cinema, theater, television and more. His later job as Senator Jacob Javitz’s personal driver gave him even greater access to the rich and famous. A Golden Gloves Boxing Champion, he is a member of the Ohio State Boxing Hall of Fame.
