Tremendous collection of type 2 and type 3 photos, snapshots, negatives and index cards focusing on the Anthracite Regions famous Pottsville Maroons.  Many of the images were originally taken at the Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio.  (98) 8 x 11" photos featuring various images of Anthracite Region team photos along with some from football gatherings.  (59) snapshots mainly focusing on the even in Canton at the Hall of Fame.  Many of the highly detailed snapshots feature aging Anthracite Region athletes.  (34) index cards with players current addresses (at that time). (87) negatives featuring various players and teams from the Anthracite Region, many of which have not been developed or found in the photo collection.
