In 1949 Bowman produced the second in their series of baseball cards, and here we have 58 of them in very presentable collector grade condition. Included in this group are cards of Gil Hodges (EX+; tiny paper chip and stain on one corner), Early Wynn (VG-EX) and Roy Campanella’s rookie card (VG-EX, nicely centered, small ‘70’ written in ink on top border). The remainder of the cards (55) are in mostly VG to EX condition, with some better and a few lesser.
