Daily News cartoonist and caricaturist who won two Reuben Awards from the New York Cartoon Society as outstanding cartoonist of the year. Stark is most renowned for his heart-breaking drawing of Roberto Clemente (deliberately half-completed), called "Unfinished Business", after the Pirates star was killed in a plane crash. Entitled "NO FOLD IN ED'S CREASE", the cartoon shows goalie Giacomin making a "save" against a fellow Ranger whose jersey reads," That Late Season RANGER Folderoo".
