This rare 2001 post 9/11 Fenway Park 3rd base came directly from former Fenway Park grounds personnel. What makes this Fenway Park base so unique is that it was used for the Red Sox 100th Anniversary (1901-2001). On two of the sides is the special logo that reads, "Boston Red Sox, 1901-2001, 100 Seasons." The other two sides feature the American Flag that became so prevalent and was only used on bases in the post 9/11 games. This original Hollywood Base shows nice use and still retains some Fenway Park dirt from that significant season. The bottom has a "3" hand written in marker indicating it was used at 3rd base. Nice piece of Boston Red Sox memorabilia.
