Extremely limited and tough to find championship medal was presented to descendants of the 1918 World Champion Boston Red Sox. Awarded in 1993, this was ceremonial for the 75th anniversary of the then last Red Sox team to win a World Series. Stunning face reads "World Champions, 1918, Boston Red Sox" and is stamped 10k gold on the verso. Blue and red ribbon in Red Sox colors finishes this regal piece off with a flair. Beautifully preserved in like new condition. And guess what, 100 years later they did it again, enhancing the particular importance of this fine piece. Congratulations.
