This is a hand signed Official Orange baseball by Charles O'Finley. Signed on the sweet spot by the late Oakland Athletics owner in 7/10 ink. These orange baseballs were tried in a few exhibition games, but hitters found it too hard to pick up the spin. The week of August 18, 1975, Charlie Finley was on the cover of Time magazine and his orange baseballs were featured in the article.
