Ruthian sphere was clubbed for number thirty-three of the 1921 season (and career number 136) by the Sultan himself. This OAL ball with trademark red and blue stitching is inscribed by the fan who caught it, "Hit by Babe Ruth at St. Louis. His 33rd Home Run of the Season." The ball shows tremendous game use and comes with an LOA attesting to its history. Also included is sports page from The New York Times dated Wednesday July 13, 1921 noting that "Ruth's Two Homers Smother St. Louis."
