Perfect signatures from the Chairman of the Board himself, Frank Sinatra, adorn three different contracts for a radio show he performed on in 1945 and 1946. The contract states that Sinatra is to appear on broadcasts for a period of just over a year, from January 1945 to January 1946, but is exempt from such performances for a period in the late summer of '45 "in accordance with Columbia's hiatus policy." One contract is dated August 8, 1945, and there are two dated July 23, 1945. Sinatra signed with Columbia in 1943 and was a cultural icon to the "bobby soxers." The year after he signed these contracts, Sinatra released his debut album, The Voice of Frank Sinatra, and his career took off. After a downturn in popularity in the early 1950s, Sinatra took up residency in Las Vegas and revived his career. From there, he continued his upward trajectory and ultimately became one of the best-selling musical artists of all time with over 150 million records sold worldwide. All contracts are trifolded and the set includes a receipt and letter signed by the heads. Each Sinatra signature comes certified by PSA.
