Now in the long shadow cast by his Hall of Fame son, Ken Griffey Jr., the elder Griffey was plenty productive during his MLB career, too. A member of the "Big Red Machine" teams of the 1970s, Griffey Sr. won two World Series and was named an All-Star three times during his 19-year playing career. This all-original home jersey was game worn by Griffey in 1981 and shows nice use. There is a "CReds" patch on the left chest and "30" on the right. "GRIFFEY" is sewn directly on to the back with his number "30" below. A Rawlings size 42 tag and a "SET 1 1981" flag tag can be found inside the front tail.
