Dating from his collegiate days, this circa 1960 Ohio State jersey was game worn by John Havlicek, who played for the Buckeyes from 1959-62. During that span, OSU won its sole National Championship in 1959-60, with Havlicek and teammate Jerry Lucas leading the way. The white home top has "Ohio State" across the front above Havlicek's number 5, all in red-on-black tackle twill lettering. It shows heavy use with loose threads on nameplate and numbers. There's also a flap on the tail with original buttons, Rawlings and wash tag are in the flap. Havlicek's championship lineage carried into the pro level, not only winning eight NBA titles, but also going 8-0 in championship series' during his Hall of Fame career, played entirely with the dynastic Boston Celtics.
