Fresh to the PSA Registry comes this complete set of 1952 Bowman baseball cards. With a weighted GPA of 6.53, this set is currently #25 on the PSA Registry and features a high grade Mickey Mantle PSA NM 7 example. A breakdown of the amount of cards, per grade, is shown here including some of the better names. PSA 8 (36): Musial, Lopat, Branca. PSA 7 (121): Mantle, Reese, Hodges, Snider, Irvin. PSA 6 (95): Mays (oc), Berra, Campanella, Pafko. This set has been put together from one of the originating set collectors in the hobby, who submitted these cards himself 15+ years ago. This set, along with a number of other high grade complete sets in this auction, have been hidden for 15+ years and are being offered to the public for the first time. Many cases are from the early days of PSA grading, so there may be possibilities for upgrades. Another interesting fact is that when the PSA numbers were entered into the database, none of the cards were registered to previous owners except for the Russ Meyer which was filled in by Leland's.
