This ring has been in the Fox family ever since it was awarded to Nellie in 1959, it rates in NM condition and is all-original with diamond on top of blue stone. "WHITE SOX" is in gold enamel on the blue stone with the words "1959 AMERICAN LEAGUE CHAMPIONS" around the the perimeter of the top. Inside is engraved "J.N. Fox" for Jacob Nelson Fox, and also inside is stamped BALFOUR 14K. Fox batted .306 for the season to lead the White Sox, and he was named an All-Star 15 times in his Hall of Fame career.
