Offered is an unheard of group of 30 complete and near-complete sets of 1974 Topps football, with all cards deriving from vending boxes purchased directly from Topps. These sets were hand-collated by Leland's from an enormous accumulation of 1974 Topps vending cards, from the very boxes opened by our consignor back in 1974. These sets grade MOSTLY EX/MT to NM/MT, with many, many MINT cards throughout. A vast majority of cards have razor sharp corners, and have that fresh vending look and feel. Centering is somewhat an issue, thus our designation of EX/MT to NM/MT overall. While the set is bereft of high dollar rookie cards (only Ahmad Rashad is a participant), all the great stars of the day are here including two OJ Simpson cards (his regular and #1 RB card), Roger Staubach, Terry Bradshaw, George Blanda, Franco Harris, Dick Butkus and even an aging Johnny Unitas, who makes his last football card appearance.
