The jersey has a Nike size 56 tag and an IIHF tag in the neck, and has many slash marks and paint transfers throughout. There are also Zepter and Canada patches on both shoulders. It comes with a copy of the original LOA from Team Canada and has been photo-matched to Canada's semi-final game against Slovlakia on May 8, 2004.
