The winter of 1971-72 was a memorable one at the venerable Boston Garden, where the Bruins would win the Stanley Cup and the Celtics would advance to the NBA Eastern Conference Finals. This red jacket and hat with black and yellow trim were worn by Garden ushers that season, and it is in MINT condition. Tailored by Canterburg Ltd with tag inside, the label inside the right pocket identifies this particular usher as "J. McCarthy" and was tailored in September of 1971. The hat has a "B.G" monogrammed and comes from the Harry M. Stevens auction.
