One of the best football players of all time, Red Grange was a three-time All-American while at the University of Illinois and led the Illini to a National Championship in 1923. Nearly a century after his playing days, the Galloping Ghost remains a fixture in football lore, having been a charter member of both the College and Pro Football Hall of Fame. This pennant of Grange comes from the 1920s and has some slight fading to the felt and lettering, with a small chip to the screening on one "L." It also has a couple of very small pinholes up near the tassels but is overall in VG condition. The pennant measures 29" across.
