Frame measures 18x22", the artwork was created for the cover of the New York Times Magazine that commemorated the 25th anniversary of Mad. "THE 'MAD' GENERATION - After 25 years of perpetuating humor in the jugular vein, the magazine that wised up millions of kids is still a crazy hit." It is our understanding that this was to be the cover art for that piece but because of the blackout in New York City, the cover was changed to a blackout cover and this MAD cover art was bumped from appearing.
