The Monkees television series aired from 1966 through 1968 and were perceived as the "next Beatles." Although not close to those lofty expectations, the Monkees were quite popular nonetheless. Jumping on the success of their first issued set of cards a year earlier, in 1967 Donruss offered a "More of the Monkees" wax box with 24 unopened 5-cent wax packs. This box contains some light creasing, moderate toning, corner and edge wear. It is also completely perforated on the top but displays at a presentable level. Fully wrapped by BBCE.
