This trophy presented to Craig Patrick, who was assistant coach to Herb Brooks during the "miracle" run, was given to the entire 1980 USA Olympic Hockey Team on October 18, 2003, during their induction into the U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame and is a fitting tribute. It features a sleek, crystal design with a gold inscription that reads "1980 Olympic Hockey Team, Congratulations to the 1980 Gold Medal Olympic Hockey Team on your Induction into The United States Hockey Hall of Fame, Craig Patrick Assistant Coach, October 18th, 2003." The names of all the team members are etched on the back portion. It is in NM condition.
