Pair of beautiful vintage photographs signed by Mickey Mantle and Ted Williams to Harry Craft, who was Mantle's first manager in professional baseball in 1949. Mantle inscribed "To Harry Craft, I owe very much to you and wish I could have a chance to pay some of it back, Thankful always, Mickey Mantle," while Williams inscribed, "To Harry, Best wishes to one of the nicest fellows in baseball + one of the greatest I ever met, Your friend, Ted Williams, 5/22/43." The photo of Williams in a Navy uniform is fitting because he was teammates with Craft on the Chapel Hill Cloudbusters baseball team while in the Navy. Both have period signatures and and the whole piece is beautifully framed to 12.5x15". Each comes with PSA and SGC LOA.
