In the much anticipated bout on February 25, 1964, a brash young Cassius Clay - his name not yet changed to Muhammad Ali - stunned Sonny Liston to capture the World Heavyweight Championship. This is a 9x12" on site program from that first fight; the front cover has a slight fold at the middle, it is unscored and EX inside, and the back cover has some foxing and pen writing. Just over a year later, Ali scored perhaps a more stunning - and controversial - first round knockout in their fabled rematch in Lewiston, Maine.
