This classic game-used Mickey Mantle bat dates from the Triple Crown era of 1955-57. It weighs 31.1oz, measures 35", is uncracked and shows outstanding use. There is slight checking (grain swelling) from repeated contact visible on the barrel, Model M110 is stamped on the knob and Mantle's number "7" is written on the knob in fading black marker, with remnants of MEARS hologram on cup. The Mick captured the Triple Crown in 1956 with 52 homers, 130 RBI, and a .353 average, and during that 1955-57 period he smashed 123 homers with 323 runs batted in; there's no telling how many were with this very piece of lumber.
